Plan detox to get in shape: day 3 for Wednesday

Grapes all day! Almost!! 🙂 Grapes contain organic acids such as tartaric, malic, and tannin-rich nutritional and healing qualities. Breakfast: Cereal with milk and honey and grapefruit. Mid Morning: 2 bits black chocolate and a small bunch of grapes. Food: Pasta with fresh tomat,  integral and a slice of grilled salmon.
