Miss Lopez´s coffee tips: Expresso with vanilla ice cream and homemade cookies!

Well something I miss when I am abroad is coffee in Spain so here it comes a new way to drink expresso, with vanilla and homemade cookies like this. So check it out!

Ingredients for 6:
1 / 2 l espresso
1 / 2 liter vanilla ice cream
100 g butter
100 g sugar
150 g flour
1 tablespoon instant coffee
So do like this:
1. Mix butter, sugar, flour, instant coffee and a little salt until doughtexture of crumbs. Cool in refrigerator.
2. Spread the dough on a baking tray with nonstick paper. Bake at200 º C 20 min. approx. until crust is lightly browned.
3. Prepare and distribute hot coffee into each cup.
4. To serve: Cover it with a scoop of ice cream and sprinkle with the cookie.
By the way, do not miss a touch of cinnamon upon to enjoy the most delicious coffee! 😀
