Miss Lopez cooking tips: American Brownie with a Spanish touch, healthy olive oil!

I love brownie but I decided to make it my way, a healthier way with Spanish oil instead of butter! Try it my way & Feelgood! Viva Miss Lopez cooking tips!

-115 G chocolate (70% cocoa)
-80 Ml of extra virgin olive oil
-70 Grams of flour
-1 Teaspoon of baking powder
-a pinch of salt
-3 Medium eggs
-150 Grams of sugar
-1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
-sprinkle powdered sugar (optional)
Melt the chocolate in water. Alternatively, heat in microwave for about 20 seconds.Whisk the olive oil and let cool.
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, beat eggs with sugar. Add the vanilla extract and chocolate mixture. Slowly add the flour mixture until a dough. Line abaking pan with baking paper and a thin layer of olive oil.
Preheat the oven and bake at 180 ° C. for about 20-22 minutes. Test with a knife (it shouldcome out clean, but a little wet). Let cool and cut into squares. Serve sprinkled with icing sugar.
