Oranges from Spain with lots of C vitamin to fight against my cold. Sallad by Miss Lopez
Hi there! It´s been a while since I wrote about Miss Lopez cooking tips. Did you miss it? Well, after meeting today Tina, or should I say now Miss Slowbreak…I notice I must eat a lot of C vitamin to prevent a cold and what´s best than the real thing? Oranges & lemons from Spain! I love them! 🙂 Here comes a tasty sallad to start with…
You may need:
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
6 tablespoons lemon juice
6 oranges
50 grams of nuts in sheets
pepper
2 bunches of radishes
salt
preparation:
Peel, wash and grate the radishes in a way that they are like straw potatoes. Add a spoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper and 6 tablespoons of lemon juice.Peel 6 oranges so that it is not neither internal nor external skin, and cut into thin slices. Mix both ingredients in a decorative and hand out sheets over nuts. Serve well chilled.
And you know…Oranges & lemon are a source of C vitamin, low calorie with lots of fiber that helps preventing cold to everybody + all natural. Exactly what I need!
