Probably Miss López favourite sweet: French Macaron. How to make them at home. I love them!

Here comes the recept, my favourite by Spanish chef Koldo Royo. Check it out!
-200 G of egg white
-200 G of white sugar
-100 G almond flour
-100 G of icing sugar
-Different colors of dye (yellow and red, green …)
In a metal bowl set on fire the egg whites until stiff with the white sugar so it iscompletely dissolved. Remove from heat and beat until whites are stiff peaks. Sift together the almond flour with icing sugar and add to mixture. Preparation divided into two equal parts. A part in a one color dyes. Add the other dye to the other side of the preparation. We put  the mixture in a smooth sleeve with a mouthpiece and a plaque that we will have covered with greaseproof paper, we draw circles with the dough. We leave to air dry for 2 hours or until it forms a hard crust on the surface. Bake at about 140 ° C for about 15-20 minutes. We took it out the oven and let cool. As they are cool, fill with the cream you want.
-225 G of butter
-75 G of sugar
Dl -1 lemon juice
-5 yolks
-1 egg
-150 G of icing sugar
-10 G of corn starch
-Zest of 1 lemon
Preparation:In a saucepan put the butter, white sugar and lemon juice.In addition, beat the egg yolks with the icing sugar, starch and lemon zest. Add this mixture to the preparation of butter and put it over low heat until thickened.Remove from heat and let cool air first, and then in the refrigerator, until thickened.As it is cold, we had a smooth-tipped pastry bag and we can fill the macarons.
