Breakfast with Miss Lopez: Eggs with Spanish serrano ham and tomatoes

Buenos Dias!

Miss Lopez here! Now while I have my cleaninglady helping me with the cleaning at home, I´ll be having a good  breakfast with Spanish ham I have left from my vacation this summer. A real pleasure: Viva Spanish Serrano! & eggs so Enjoy!!. Thank God I have someone helping me at home with my busy life as business woman. Breakfast with Miss Lopez in Sweden today: Ingredients

Ingredients for 6:
6 eggs
300 g of tomato sauce
salt
black pepper
200 g of ham cut in slices
preparation
1. Place a tomato fried in individual ramekins. Cover the eggs with salt and pepper and bake at 200 ° C 15 min. approx. until the egg yolk is firm and soft.
2. Cover with the ham chips.

In Spanish: Ingredientes

  • Ingredientes para 6 personas:
  • 6 huevos
  • 300 g de salsa de tomate
  • sal
  • pimienta negra
  • 200 g de jamón ibérico cortado

Preparación

 

  • 1. Colocar una base de tomate frito en cazuelitas individuales y cubrirlo con los huevos, salpimentarlo y hornearlo a 200°C 15 min. aprox., hasta que la clara del huevo esté dura y la yema blanda.
  • 2. Cubrirlo con el jamón en virutas.
