Plan detox to get in shape: day 6
Only one day left to get done with our detox diet but first, Saturday!
Flax seeds or just flax can be considered a powerful anti-cancer as well as having plenty of antioxidants.
Breakfast: Quesito enriched with a little honey and flax seed.
Mid Morning: A slice of bread with tomato.
Lunch: Salad of roasted peppers with tuna and a steak natural leanbeef.
Mid-afternoon: 1 cup mixed fruit smoothies.
Dinner: Golden baked with lemon and garlic and cucumber salad.
