Grapes all day! Almost!! 🙂 Grapes contain organic acids such as tartaric, malic, and tannin-rich nutritional and healing qualities. Breakfast: Cereal with milk and honey and grapefruit. Mid Morning: 2 bits black chocolate and a small bunch of grapes. Food: Pasta with fresh tomat,  integral and a slice of grilled salmon. Day 2: Yogurt is rich in bacteria that improves the functioning of our digestive system by helping to renew the intestinal flora.Take at least one today! I love yogurt! 🙂 Breakfast: A small cup of black chocolate with an apple and a yogurt enriched with Lactobacillus. Mid Morning: A slice of watermelon. Here comes my tips to get in shape, even myself after the vacation. Rich in beta-glucan lowers cholesterol and with a lot of fiber. So get ready for tomorrow Monday!! me too!
