Cold soups are for the summer: I love Spanish gazpacho with caviar
You know, I love soups and cold soup like Spanish gazpacho apart for being very healthy, it´s also tasty and perfect for the summer. Try yourself and let me know!
ingredients:
1 kg of tomatoes
1 garlic
1 cucumber
1 pepper
4 teaspoons caviar
½ cup olive oil
extra virgin
vinegar
salt
preparation:
Peel and chop the garlic, cucumber and clean pepper from seeds.Pour into a glass blender with salt and olive oil and crushed. Add a little water and vinegar and beat again. The consistency should be that of a cream. It is served cold on a plate with a teaspoon of caviar on top.
