Miss Lopez Tapas tips: Cod Tortilla by one of the masters in the new Spanish cuisine

IÂŽm back! MISS LOPEZ!! 🙂 How are you doing today? There must be something special about Miss LopezÂŽs blog as I love blogging so much to you! Thank you babies for being such “faithful” readers to me! Cool!
Well, as I know You love my cooking tips too and tomorrow is a big day as IÂŽll be having another Tapas tasting with Miss Lopez, here comes a new Spanish tortillaÂŽs recipe by one of the best chef in Spain right now, by the way from Palma de Mallorca with own restaurant there. Ingredients:
6 eggs
œ kg of desalted  cod fish
1 onion
1 green pepper
a pinch of hot pepper (optional)
œ dl olive oil
Preparation:

Cut the onion and bell pepper very fine.
In a frying pan fry the onions and peppers (and chilli if desired) in olive oil. When they begin to brown, add the flaked cod and sauté slightly. Mix the sauce with the eggs and throw them into the pan with a dash of oil, letting it cook slowly. Turn it over and remove it while it is juicy. Delicious!! Give it a try at home!
