MissLopez cooking tip: Spanish tapa, merluza “a la romana”
Here comes a very common meal/tapa in Spain, specially if you are going tapas from bar to bar in Spain. I must say the bar culture thing in Spain has a different meaning than in other countries. A bar is a social place, your second living room and for some people even the first one 🙂 where you can take your whole family. It’s just a social thing. I love that about Spain!
So here Merluza a la Romana as we call it, and it’s very tasty, I promise!
Ingrediens:
4 hake loins skinless clean ( white fish ), about 60 g each , Flour, Egg, Sal, 4 slices of bread, a little mayonnaise
Then toast the bread, and crush some hake to be fine, but be careful not to break it. Once crushed, seasoning and coat in flour and egg. Abundant oil and fry in hot. Once fried, place on the toast and put some mayonnaise on top.
Now you know what to have for dinner if you wonder.
Enjoy Spanish Merluza a la Romana as a meal or tapa and Feelgood! 🙂
