Salads are for the summer, don´t you agree?. Today for dinner a light Spanish sallad. I hope you enjoy it!
Ingredients for 6 people:
- 1 chicory
- 1 lettuce
- 2 endives
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 carrots
- 6 radishes
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1. Wash the leaves of endive, chicory and lecuhga. Dry. Scrape celery and carrots. Cut into thin strips and lettuce.
- 2. Mix and place in the leaves of chicory, the leftovers will also be added to the mixture of strips.
- 3. Put the whole endive leaves and garnish with remaining ingredients. Drizzle with any dressing that we propose.
If you use sherry vinegar, reduce a bit the dose.
Enrich with anchovies, olives, grated cheese and cooked chicken.
Take freshly made bread.
