Misslopez cooking tips: Italian “crostata” with fruits

If you love fruit, then this recipe is really for you!

* Ready-made dough for desserts
* Custard
* Fresh fruit
* Butter for the pan
* Flour for the pastry and pan
Roll out the pastry and coat with it a pan of 26 cm. diameter, previously buttered and floured. Pinch the dough around the edge and prick the bottom with a fork. Bake the pastry in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes, without getting the dough too brown.
Let the pastry cool, remove from pan and put on a platter.
Cover the bottom of the cake with cold custard. Clean and cut up fruit and use your fantasy to put it on the custard.
